Jeff Felix

Jeff Felix
Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Felix, Chief Operating Officer, has over 18 years of experience in the sourcing and outsourcing industry. Jeff brings extensive operations, supply chain and outsourcing experience to his business operations role at SIG. His background includes assignments both in industry as well as consulting. Jeff provided consulting guidance to multiple clients in the area of outsourcing, strategic sourcing, e-procurement and relationship management. Prior to joining SIG's leadership team, Jeff led the supplier management team that provided oversight of the IT offshore outsourcing relationships for a large aerospace and defense firm. Jeff has also held various leadership positions in local and community boards in the Seattle Area. Jeff is a CPM and has a BS from the University of Toledo and an MBA from Pepperdine University

Ed Hansen
Morgan & Lewis

Edward J. Hansen is a partner in the Outsourcing and Strategic Commercial Transactions practice at Morgan Lewis.  Ed brings more than 20 years of experience representing clients in technology transactions that involve significant business change. From the early stages of deals, Ed works closely with clients and their advisers on whole deal advice, often before a request for proposal is sent, and continues his support throughout the engagement’s life cycle. Ed employs a highly collaborative approach in counseling clients who are executing technology-enabled programs that require substantial supplier/customer interdependence, such as Information Technology Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, and complex system integration (ERP and other business process-changing technology) -- not only for newly sourced deals, but also for troubleshooting and realigning problematic deals and sourcing processes that are in distress.   

Chambers USA has noted that Ed is “recognized as a thought leader in the area” who is “challenging traditional ways to do outsourcing.” Commenting on his approach in Chambers USA, clients note that “he speaks to clients’ needs in an extraordinary way,” “is highly effective and respected by everyone involved in the deal,” and that he has a “disarming approach which can break down the pretense and malaise” that can build around the negotiating table. Sarah Holliman
Chief Marketing Officer

Sarah Holliman, Vice President of Marketing, has over 17 years of experience in the sourcing industry. Prior to joining SIG's leadership team, Sarah was with A.T. Kearney, leading the marketing efforts for the A.T. Kearney Procurement & Analytic Solutions unit. She also spent five years at A.T. Kearney consulting primarily to financial services companies on topics that ranged from strategic planning to procurement cost reduction to back-office operations. Before joining A.T. Kearney, Sarah was in business development at one of the largest commercial banks in the country. Sarah has held numerous leadership positions on non-profit boards promoting children, women, and educational issues, and has specific expertise in membership development, fundraising, and strategic development. Sarah has a BA from Furman University and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Antonio Humphreys
Senior Manager

Antonio Humphreys is a strategic sourcing and marketing expert with 20 years professional experience in global sourcing and negotiations, marketing and advertising management, sales consulting, and business planning across multiple industry verticals and geographies (including NASA, Shell Oil, Hewlett-Packard, Gap Inc., and Adobe Systems Inc.).

He is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico and has lived in Houston, Texas and London, England. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area and works in ‘Silicon Valley’.

Antonio earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of New Mexico and a Master of Business Administration at the University of Houston. He has served on a board of director capacity for Habitat for Humanity and as Chairman for the Business Advisory Board for the Lone Star College, both in Houston, Texas. He was also an adjunct professor at Lone Star College instructing the management curriculum for their associate degree program.

Lawrence A. Kane

Lawrence Kane is a Senior Leader with The Boeing Company, where  he established the IT Infrastructure strategic sourcing office. Lawrence holds multiple certifications including Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), Certified Outsourcing Professional in Governance (COP-GOV) and Boeing Designated Expert (BDE) - IT Sourcing. Lawrence is the bestselling author of more than a dozen books, including two ForeWord Magazine Book of the Year Award finalists, three USA Book News Best Book Award finalists, two Next Generation Indie Book Awards finalists, a Beverly Hills Book Awards finalist and an eLit Book Awards Bronze prize. He has also co-published numerous articles that have appeared in prestigious publications.

Bonnie Keith
President and Founder

Bonnie Keith is the President and Founder of The Forefront Group, LLC, an international strategic supply management business providing project support, change transition, process optimization, strategic planning, consulting and training and development services for global clients.

Bonnie has over 25 years of operations and supply management experience and has designed effective global procurement and supply management organizations. She has transitioned industries, lead global teams, championed major transformation and delivered significant results for the companies in which she served. The success of these organizations was driven by comprehensive organization and process assessment and improvement along with training and professional development programs designed by her. She has trained all levels of management and professional employees in several companies worldwide and serves as an Executive Coach for leading companies. She has served in Corporate Executive and Officer positions for three Fortune 100 companies and two Fortune 500 companies covering retail, power generation and distribution, manufactured products, global distribution, consumer products and services, food manufacturing and service, pharmaceutical, chemical and defense and aerospace, and in these roles has provided Procurement/Supply Management strategies that made significant financial contribution to shareholder value. She served as a member of the White House Year 2000 Advisory Counsel for the Pharmaceutical Industry and has been published in the Wall Street Journal, Corporate Finance Magazine and Drug Store News. She has been a contributor to business books, articles, white papers and ISM publications and serves as business adjunct faculty for three universities in the US and the Executive MBA Program at HEC Paris. Additionally she is a Faculty Member at the University of Tennessee Center for Executive Education and an MBA advisor at Temple University. She is a Member of the Executive Advisory Board for Vested © and is a Certified Vested Deal Architect.

Deborah Manos-Henry

Debbie joined Huntington National Bank in December 2009. Her responsibilities include strategic sourcing, third-party risk management, supplier diversity, travel services and purchasing operations. Prior to Huntington, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Sourcing Officer at KeyBank where she led the centralized sourcing function from 2001 through 2009. Debbie is an early contributor to the Sourcing Resource Center and a member of the Advisory Board. She is currently on the Steering Committee of the Risk Management Association’s Third Party Risk Management Round Table.

She received her B.B.A. degree, summa cum laude with University Honors, distinctive in taxation, from Kent State University at Kent in 1983 and her master of taxation degree from Golden Gate University of San Francisco, California, where she published her thesis, Multistate Taxation of the National and State Bank. Debbie is a graduate of the Key Executive Experience at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and the Huntington Executive Leadership Program at Fisher College of Business.

Stephani McGarry
Vice President, Global Events

Stephani McGarry, Vice President, Global Events, brings to SIG over 16 years of diverse management consulting experience with enterprises ranging from early stage ventures to Fortune 100 multinationals. Prior to joining SIG's leadership team, Stephani spent five years as an independent consultant where she was responsible for all aspects of the National User Conference for a privately funded IT development company. Prior to her consulting role, Stephani led the program development effort for BenefitPoint, an early stage IT company. Before joining BenefitPoint, Stephani managed numerous IT development and sales projects for IBM and Accenture. Stephani has held executive positions on multiple non-profit boards and is currently an executive board member for a youth soccer club. She is actively involved in the growth of a local charter school and regularly contributes to community activities supporting children, education and women's issues. Stephani has a dual BA in Psychology and Sociology with an emphasis in Business Administration from UC Santa Barbara

Brad Peterson

Brad is one of the nation’s top outsourcing lawyers. Chambers USA has ranked Brad as a “Band One” lawyer for as long as it has ranked outsourcing lawyers. Brad has worked with ISG on sourcing transactions since 1998. He has worked on ISG-led transactions for outsourcing finance and accounting, IT infrastructure, human resources, applications development and maintenance, contact centers and other functions.

Before law school, Brad worked as a computer programmer and as an IBM Marketing Representative.

Brad is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He studied computer science as an undergraduate at Northwestern University.

Geoff Talbot

Geoff Talbot, Vice President of the Member Services Group, has 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience.  Prior to joining SIG, Geoff spent 12 years with a technical staffing services consulting company where he led the business development, sales support and partner groups. Geoff has worked extensively with information technology, supply chain, procurement, human resources and business process executives within the financial services, retail, telecom, energy, government and software industries. Geoff's background includes technology consulting, outsourced staffing, contingent work force, vendor management systems (VMS), on and off-shore partner supplier programs, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), supplier diversity initiatives, managed service providers and print product, services and procurement. Geoff has a BSBA in marketing from California State University - Chico.

Dawn Tiura

Dawn Tiura
President and CEO

Dawn Tiura, SIG's President and Chief Executive Officer, has over 26 years leadership experience, with the past 22 years focused on the sourcing and outsourcing industry. In 2007, Dawn joined SIG as CEO, but has been active in SIG as a speaker and trusted advisor since 1999, bringing the latest developments in sourcing and outsourcing to SIG members. Prior to joining SIG, Dawn held leadership positions as CEO of Denali Group and before that as a partner in a CPA firm. Dawn is actively involved on a number of boards promoting civic, health and children's issues in the Jacksonville, Florida area. Dawn is a licensed CPA and has a BA from the University of Michigan and an MS in taxation from Golden Gate University.

Dawn brings to SIG a culture of brainstorming and internal innovation.

Kate Vitasek

Kate Vitasek is an international authority for her award-winning research and Vested® business model for highly collaborative relationships. Vitasek, a Faculty member at the University of Tennessee, has been lauded by World Trade Magazine as one of the “Fabulous 50+1” most influential people impacting global commerce.

Her pioneering work has led to 5 books, including: Vested Outsourcing: Five Rules That Will Transform Outsourcing, Vested: How P&G, McDonald’s and Microsoft Are Redefining Winning in Business Relationships and Getting to We: Negotiating Agreements for Highly Collaborative Relationships. Vitasek’s work also won the Supply Chain Council’s Academic Advancement award for it’s impact in advancing the business.

Vitasek is internationally recognized for her practical and research-based advice for driving transformation and innovation through highly collaborative and strategic partnerships. She has appeared on Bloomberg radio multiple times, NPR, and on Fox Business News. Her work has been featured in over 300 articles in publications like Forbes, Chief Executive Magazine, CIO Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Journal of Commerce, World Trade Magazine and Outsource Magazine.

Prior to joining the University of Tennessee, Vitasek’s storied career includes positions with P&G, Microsoft, Accenture, Stream International and founding Supply Chain Visions – a boutique-consulting firm recognized by ARC Advisory Group as one of the “10 Coolest” Boutique Consulting firms.

Mary Zampino
Senior Director, Global Sourcing Intelligence

Mary Zampino, Senior Director of Global Sourcing Intelligence, has over 20 years of experience in information technology and over 15 years of experience in sourcing. Mary's responsibilities as SIG include sourcing and developing content for SIG's Global Summits, researching and developing content for the SIG Resource Center (SRC), serving as a member of the SRC Thought Leaders Council and their respective working groups, managing SIG's Peer2Peer member discussions, conducting benchmarking activities, and contributing to original SIG content through newsletter and blog entries. Mary is also a member of the SIG University board. Prior to joining SIG, Mary worked at Enporion, where she was responsible for the analysis, configuration, execution, and award evaluation for over one thousand sourcing events, across a diverse range of direct and indirect categories. Previously, Mary completed the total design and implementation of several sourcing software applications, including electronic bid management, settlement and vegetation management systems. Mary is committed to customer service and considers information sharing and usability the top priorities for any project or organization. Mary holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science from the Florida State University and has completed certifications in Health Information Technology, and Requirements Gathering.
